I believe therapy is a collaborative journey for growth and healing. In the therapy room, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is experiential and goal-oriented, focusing on new perspectives and behaviors while adapting to each client’s needs.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with experience helping young adults and adults with anger, relationships, stress, personal growth, career development, and men’s issues. I offer counselling in English, French, and Punjabi, using Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My background equips me to guide clients in understanding the brain and mind, setting goals, managing stress and anger, building resilience, and changing core beliefs.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, working out, practicing mindfulness, and exploring different cultures through cuisine. These interests enrich my life and inform my therapeutic practice, allowing me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my clients.
