MA, RCC

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I have a passion for supporting individuals by providing ethical and sincere therapy. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. My hope is that you will gain the necessary tools and resources for your mental health to flourish. I believe it is paramount to uphold a client’s autonomy during the therapeutic journey. I am here to help guide you through difficult emotions, validate your experiences and reframe negative thoughts; ultimately leading you to your inner strength, resilience, and ability to persevere.

I have a master’s degree in clinical counselling from Yorkville University and have had the opportunity to work with adults, children and youth (age 5+), and couples and families. My areas of expertise are general mental health, grief and loss, trauma, difficult life transitions, and relationships. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. I recognize the importance of a holistic approach and will collaborate with you every step of the way. I am committed to ongoing professional development to provide the best quality of care to the people I work with.

A few hobbies I enjoy in my spare time are drawing, painting, and reading. I also love the outdoors and keeping physically active. These passions tie into my counselling, keeping a holistic and person-centred approach to help you through your healing journey.
