Holistic nutrition considers an individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to create a personalized approach to health care. Holistic nutrition is a comprehensive approach to eating and nourishing the body that recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. It goes beyond focusing solely on individual nutrients or calories and the unique needs, lifestyle, and environment of each individual. The principles of holistic nutrition revolve around the belief that optimal health is achieved by nurturing and balancing all aspects of an individual’s well-being.

I am a Certified Nutritionist and Bio-energetic Practitioner within the Lower mainland. I have a passion for health and wellness and firmly believe proper nutrition is essential to living a long and vibrant life. Within my practice, I take a whole-body approach to health, addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors that may be causing your unwanted symptoms. I believe that food is medicine and I’m passionate about empowering clients with the proper knowledge to feel equipped to conquer their own health goals!

Additionally, I am a Bio-energetic (BIE) practitioner, a non-invasive, natural health modality that helps a person’s body recognize the “culprit” that’s causing their health symptoms and, in turn, allows for appropriate healing. If you are feeling stuck with your health and feel that you are at the end of your road, BIE is definitely for you!

My beliefs about health:

  • I do not count calories
  • I am against diet culture
  • Health is not meant to be complicated
  • It’s all about balance
  • Everything is connected
  • The body can heal itself
