Kristi Brink

Founder, MSW, RCC, RSW

I wholeheartedly believe in a collaborative approach to counselling. I do not see myself as the driver of the process, but the passenger that is there to help guide you. I believe that each individual has a unique story and requires a therapeutic approach tailored to their needs. I strive to create a comfortable space that gives clients the safety to be vulnerable. I understand the importance of safety and connection to the therapist from my own experience of attending counselling. I feel honored to be invited to walk along an individual’s journey towards wellness and empowerment. I am constantly amazed at the strength and commitment that people have to make positive change in their life.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, it is my hope to help guide others through their journey to find the courage and acceptance to face and overcome whatever challenges life has brought them.

Reaching out for help takes so much courage and I would be honored to be the one that can help you find your best self. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients – together we will improve insight, develop interpersonal skills, improve coping skills, and navigate barriers to change using a strengths-based approach.

Muskan Manhas

As a counsellor, I view therapy as the forming of a unique and collaborative relationship, through which I can provide my clients with the space and time to navigate both their inner world, as well as their experiences with the world around them.

Throughout this process, non-judgemental listening, empathy, and seeking continuous input from the client remain integral for me as a clinician. Through this, positive change that resonates with the goals of each individual client can be made!
